We offer a strict no refund policy Since our services and goods are bespoke and digital,

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. There are exceptions to this rule, and we'll use our discretion to make sure you're handled fairly. We may provide whole or partial refunds if we haven't met our own high standards.

If you're not content with a product or service we provide, contact us and we'll help.

Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products such as special orders or personalized items(Bespoke Numbers).

We do not hold any responsibility for your network provider not accepting the PAC code. Further information should be requested form your network provider/proposed network provider for anything regarding porting prior to purchasing a number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds


Numbers are subject to availability; if the number you ordered is not available and you have not selected the alternative choice supplied, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
