Sourcing options usually takes up to 3 working days. Once you’ve chosen a number and
completed payment, it can take up to 10 working days to activate it with the
network, register it in your name and send your SIM or PAC.
For international delivery, please allow an additional 3–5 working days depending on
destination.
When you confirm the bespoke number you want, we send you a private product link by email. You then
checkout on our website as normal using that link.
After payment, your number is assigned to you and your SIM/PAC details are prepared for delivery
